Polyarmour's PVF (Poly-Vinyl Flourine) coating is actually 'baked and cured' to the zinc-plated, low-carbon steel underneath. This highly durable 'plastic' coating provides a barrier to debris and road surfacing solutions. This extra layer provides 30X the rust and corrosion protection of standard steel tubing alone. EZ-BEND Technology refers to the combined features of the AGS Polyarmour lines and coils that make them easy to work with and bend. In the case of 3/16" diameter lines and coils, bending tools are not even necessary. The advanced construction and PVF coating of Polyarmour combine to produce the easiest bending line found on the market. Polyarmour can be precisely bent by hand without kinking. This saves time and effort for the do-it-yourselfer and professional installer alike. All lines and coils (including AGS Standard Steel) are kink-proof and will retain shape after bending.
