Performance Tool W5201 270 Piece HNBR A/C O-Ring Assortment - Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR). Use in applications requiring additional resistance to chemicals and slightly higher temperatures than can be handled with NBR. Good chemical compatibility and can be used with oils which have aggressive additives. HNBR is reistant to mineral oil based hydraulic fluids, animal and vegetable fats, diesel fuel, ozone, sour gas, dilute acids and bases. HNBR also resists new bio oils (biological oils). HNBR is suitable for high dynamic loads and has a good abrasion resistance. Has an extended high temerature range miking it well suited for use in A/C applications.
