Most orders ship from our warehouse in Hillsboro, Oregon
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, usually your order will be processed, packaged and shipped the day after you place your order. For some items this process will take an additonal day
We do not require a minimum order amount to place an order, however you may qualify for a discounted price on select items by purchasing a quantity of 2 or more
Yes, we will send you a tracking number to the email provided once the order has been shipped
We do not charge tax as we are located in Oregon
Unfortunately we do not offer free samples or testers at this time

Our team is continuously working to improve our website including lauching our brand new website to be release in 2025, that being said, if you can not locate the product you are looking for we are always happy to take your call and try to help you find what you are looking for.
Our team will process your return within 2-4 business of the delivery date, however the shipping time and bank processes can be 1-3 weeks in total, for this reason we recommend waiting 2-3 weeks after you have sent the package back to us before you see a refund.
