This respirator is designed for use to help reduce exposure to certain airborne particulates such as coal, silica, iron ore, metal, wood, biological and certain other particles, and liquid or non-oil based particles from sprays that do not also emit oil aerosols or vapors. The respirator incorporates 3M’s proprietary technology with advanced electrostatically charged microfiber filter media designed for ease of breathing. This respirator is compatible with a variety of protective eyewear and hearing protection.
