This kit includes the (4) traditional polishing compounds used to cut, remove scratches, and finish metals to a brilliant, high luster. For polishing all metals. Includes 4 oz. bars of Black Emery, Brown Tripoli, White Diamond, and Red Jeweler's Rouge Polishing Compounds. Each 4 oz. bar measures 4 7/8" x 1 1/8" x 7/8". Includes comprehensive "Polish Like a Pro" instructions. Polishing compound chart on the back of the card shows the proper polishing compound to use with each material. Quality compounds have a shelf life of at least 10 years. Applied on buffing wheels. To apply, simply spin a buffing wheel on a motor or drill and gently press the compound to the wheel. The heat and friction of the spinning wheel will be enough to transfer a small amount of the compound onto the wheel for polishing.
