The Keeper 27 ft. Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasionand rot resistant 2 in. Hi-Test webbing to absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a steel ratchet buckle, an open standard handle and chain ends with hooks. To engage attach hook to anchor point, pull webbing over the cargo load and tug to desired tension. Rachet by raising and lowering the handle to lock cargo into place.
