The Keeper 12' Ratchet Tie-Down features a durable abrasion-resistant 1 in. webbing to absorb shock during transport. It is constructed with a steel ratchet, pistol grip handle and vinyl covered S-hooks to prevent scratching and marring to cargo and vehicle. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point, place strap over the cargo and pull webbing to desired tension. Ratchet by raising and lowering the handle to secure cargo into place.
